AI Native Engineer · Folio3 (2025–Now)
- Lead CXAI's web platform, powering digital experiences for KLA, Warner Bros. and MOO, with massive consumer user bases.
- Architected an AI Factory alongside multiple Engineering Managers: a multi-agent harness that builds complete MVPs in hours or days instead of months.
- Designed specialised agents for every stage of delivery: intent, spec, design, task breakdown, code, eval, deploy, UAT and the handover pack.
- Raised client conversion to 70% by turning months-long MVP builds into working products delivered within days.
- Refactored legacy code behind critical bottlenecks, cutting load times from 26s to 2s (~92% faster).
Founding Engineer · EduQuest (2025–2026)
- Partnered with the client to analyse business gaps and led the full conversion of an idea into a working product.
- Built a platform for international academic competitions (Grades 1–12): coordinator dashboards, bulk enrolment with auto-generated logins, multi-currency payments, OMR-based results and digital certificates.
- Used AI-native workflows (spec-driven development, custom agent skills, hooks for automated testing and code quality) to launch in a week.
- Now used by 15+ schools and still onboarding new customers.
Technical Development Lead · DigiExpo (2024–2025)
- Led a development team delivering 10+ visually stunning projects for top real estate developers in Dubai.
- Owned products end-to-end: concept, development, deployment and iteration, rather than working from a ticket queue.
- Developed custom RAG-powered chatbots for different client use cases, improving response times and engagement.
- Managed and mentored developers: delegated, reviewed, unblocked and kept delivery on standard and on time.

- AI Factory: A multi-agent delivery pipeline that turns a client's intent into a deployed MVP. Specialised agents own each stage, from spec and design through code, eval, deploy, UAT and the handover pack.
- EduQuest Global: International academic competitions for Grades 1–12: school coordinator dashboards, bulk student enrolment with auto-generated logins, multi-currency payments, OMR-based results and digital certificates.
- Auto History Inspection: Vehicle history and inspection reports from a VIN or plate number, covering cars, RVs, boats and motorcycles, with memberships, multi-country and multi-language support, back-end dashboards, an admin panel and PayPal payments.
- Royal Desert Farm: Farm-to-door store for fresh milk, meat, dates and honey across the UAE: a 72-product catalog with category, brand and price filters, weight variants, subscriptions, B2B ordering and location-based delivery.
- CXAI Web Platform: Lead engineer on the Web platform powering digital experiences for enterprise brands with massive consumer bases. I hunted down the legacy bottleneck and rebuilt the hot path.
- Jafferi Alliance: A community platform for professional collaboration, with a networking directory, business registration, virtual clinic and legal assistance behind user profiles.
- Mindcraft Innovation: Where creativity meets technology: a dark, glowing agency site with motion-driven sections, custom cursor work and an immersive first impression.
- DAMAC Properties: Luxury real-estate showcase for one of Dubai's largest developers.
- Kamdar: Production marketing site for a Dubai developer with rich, cinematic UI.
- Te Amo Cafe: Warm, video-led cafe website with menu, story, reviews, visit info and an online-ordering flow.
- MAJU RAG Pipeline: Full-site scraper for jinnah.edu that emits clean, image-free Markdown/JSONL to feed a university RAG chatbot.
- NeuroSentry: Spam message classifier trained in notebooks and shipped behind a live web interface.
- Dr. Doctor: Describe your symptoms and the AI analyses them, then recommends the best nearby specialists or hospitals by price, distance or rating.
- OS Scheduling Visualiser: Interactive visualiser for CPU scheduling algorithms built with a clean model-view split.
